Salary:
£25,251 - £27,775 per annum, pro rata

Expiry date: 14/09/2023


Details:

1 x 36 hours per week over 40 weeks per year
(£22,384 - £24,261 per annum)

1 x 21 hours per week over 40 weeks per year (£13,057 - £14,362 per annum)


Our Senior Learning Coaches support students to succeed in achieving learning goals and qualifications to enhance progression opportunities and life skills.

They also assist with the planning and delivery of teaching sessions, learning and assessment for learners with learning disabilities/difficulties including autism and complex needs.


We'd like you to have recent experience of working with and supporting students aged 16-25 with a range of needs and be able to work flexibly in response to changing curriculum needs and the needs of individual students.

With a positive 'can-do' attitude and an enthusiastic personality, you will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and demonstrate a high level of computer literacy.


Experience of working in a specialist school or college would be an advantage, as would experience of sourcing work experience placements for young people with additional needs.
