Due to our continued growth and success we have a vacancy for an experienced Transport Distribution Supervisor to join our busy Didcot operation.

Hours:
Monday to Friday

The main responsibilities of the Transport Distribution Supervisor will include:

Planning and overseeing Knights of Old palletised multi drop distribution and collections from the Didcot site.
Offering the highest level of service to our customers, both internal and external.
Communicating and resolving all delivery issues with the customer.
Working closely with our operational teams in order to ensure that the highest level of service is achieved both internally and externally.
Supervise the distribution drivers dealing with any defects or compliance issues.

The essential qualities of the Transport Distribution Supervisor will include:

Demonstrable experience of both planning and transport administration.
Comprehensive knowledge of the transport and logistics sector.
Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the commercial drive to make a success of this role.
Knowledge of drivers hours and WTD legislation
