Job Title - Administrator/Project Coordinator


Location -Slinfold, Horsham

The Opportunity:


An Administrator/Project Coordinator with a passion for the industry is required to work in a team alongside the Project Co-Ordinator & Project Managers managing largescale Commercial Landscape projects.


As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Working alongside the Project Co-Ordinator and Project Manager assisting in largescale Commercial Landscape projects.
  • Assist Projects team with new tender submissions.
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding estimates for plants & materials.
  • Ordering plants and materials for jobs as required.
  • Liaising with clients/customers on new quotes and plans.
  • Liaising with the Project Co-Ordinator to price and submit tenders to deadlines.
  • Measuring landscaping drawings to assist with quoting.
  • Collate and distribute project packs.
  • Maintaining Project spreadsheet.
  • Project analysis upon completion of projects.
  • Liaising with the Operations Supervisor regarding regular stock takes of the nursery and maintain stock levels of plants and materials.
  • Maintain plant inventory.

We are looking for an Administrator who has the following skills and experiences:

  • 2 Years minimum administration experience (MUST HAVE)
  • Be organised with a keen eye for detail and be able to manage the workload proficiently and independently.
  • A landscaping background alongside plant knowledge would be advantageous.

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 2-3 months


Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
