£11.59 p/h | Ongoing Temp | Full Time |

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the children's care line with their individual profiles and risk assessments
  • Working with young people with challenging behaviour and supporting them with their medical needs.
  • Creating fun and positive atmosphere, organising and taking part in activities
  • Compliance with Safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Preparing meals for young people

Experience required:


  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Experience of working with young people with complex needs
  • Ability to engage and build positive relationships with children and young people
  • Have a personcentred approach
  • Being proactive and innovative
  • Empathy, emotional resilience and selfawareness
