Stores person£12.00 per hour, Yate, North Bristol. Hours are 6.30am to 4.30pm Mon to Thurs (1.30 on Fri) - Temporary to permanent position
- starting at 28 days holiday increasing with service and opportunity to buy additional days holiday, pension annual bonus, on site parking.

The Stores / inventory person will be an addition to the existing team and report directly to their immediate line manager in the logistics area.

You will be responsible for stock and inventory checks, stores, stock and inventory control supporting the production team through effective and accurate supply and pre-positioning of stock, basic inspection and stock consolidation activities.

The Stores / inventory person will update the MRP/CRM system with the correct information to allow for accurate reporting on stock.

The Stores Person will be required to perform stock and inventory checks to enable accurate updates and information to internal departments.

In addition you will control parts and components received, highlighting any discrepancy for investigation and, liaise with external companies for transport and shipping of parts and supporting 5S initiatives.

The successful Stores / inventory person should have experience in a stores or inventory or stock control environment.

Although computer literacy skills are required to input information any previous experience with bespoke company MRP or CRM systems to update information is suitable.

The Stores / inventory person will join a well-established and friendly manufacturing company in Yate working in the logistics team as a stores /inventory/ stock person for an immediate start.

This is a temporary to permanent position and an addition to the existing team due to expansion.
