Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Manage highquality, complex, and high touch events from design and planning through to onsite delivery from a speaker perspective
- Managing and developing the sales team, reviewing their development plans and coaching them in order to achieve objectives
- Manage content proposals from start to finish including creative solutions, presentation, and delivery
- Lead meetings with Internal & External stakeholder discussing Content & Delegates attendance throughout project cycles
- Managing deadlines and overseeing the teams activities whilst achieving key targets
- Understand client business objectives and competitive scenarios, challenging the brief and adding value in discussions and presentations
- Identify and maximise on potential opportunities with existing clients
- Forge strong relationships with existing and potential clients, developing business through your excellent experience and advice
- Manage content proposals from start to finish including creative solutions, presentation, and delivery
- Gather and share postevent feedback and learnings within the team and hold debriefs and use for future team planning and guidance
Key Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience within B2B sales & delivery
- Previous experience in leading teams and developing, mentoring & coaching junior team members
- Demonstratable experience in directing and managing B2B/Corporate events
- Excellent Communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to build fantastic working relationships and rapport building
- Self starter, Enthusiastic, Pragmatic & agile mentality
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment and prioritise the work load
- A team player but also able to work autonomously (people person)
- Full driving license, transport & Passport(essential)
Additional Information:
- Working hours are Monday
- Friday, 9 am 5:30 pm, 1 hour break, 3 days a week in the office.
- National & international travel, Team lunches, Free parking.
