My client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a month fixed term contract.

The role will be both operational as well as strategic and will need someone experienced in a similar kind of role previously.

This is a new opportunity due to diversifying into a new market.

The role will include:

Building relationships with Senior Managers to develop an understanding of the business and set clear expectations for recruitment
Sourcing applicants through various channels
Maintaining and updating records for recruitment including interview notes and paperwork
Planning interview and selection procedures, including pre screen and interviews
Assisting with employer branding initiatives
Ensuring onboarding is completed accurately
Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline onboarding
Devising and implementing sourcing strategies to build pipeline
Developing and early years plan
Developing and tracking metrics for recruitment and onboarding
Identifying talent needs across the business
Reviewing job descriptions and understanding roles within the business

On Offer:
- £65k - £75k DOE
