Description

As Head of Finance, you will take responsibility for a £30m group and work directly with the CFO and board of directors to drive the company forward.


The role of Head of Finance is an all-around role and will see you taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of the finance team whilst working with the CFO in helping achieve its growth strategy in the next couple of years which would see you then progress into Finance Director.


You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a finance team
  • Supporting the senior leadership team from a finance perspective
  • Overseeing monthly management accounts
  • Statutory compliance, liaising with internal and external auditors
  • VAT and PAYE
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Ad hoc analysis
  • Continuos controls and process improvements
This would make a great move for a Qualified Financial Controller/Financial Controller who has a strong commerical acumen, as this business goes through an exciting transformation phase you'll gain much more experience than just 'bean counting'
