Position Overview

  • To demonstrate a true passion and respect for the RL customer, product and environment through acting as a brand ambassador. Consistently supervising the team to meet the business objectives through delivering the RL Experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build a rapport with the customer, identify their needs to Connect, Convert and Conclude the transaction through delivering the RL Experience
  • To consistently achieve personal sales and KPI objectives
  • To supervise the team to achieve their service, sales and KPI objectives
  • Lead and promote teamwork through contribution to a team sales objective
  • Exhibit pride through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the RL expectations
  • Create and foster a database of customers through the company clientelling tool
  • To respect and adhere to the company Asset Protection policies at all times
  • Efficiently process till sales transactions, holds, gift card sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, credit vouchers and alterations
  • Deliver a memorable fitting rooms experience whilst following all policies and procedures for fitting room service
  • Ensure ease of the customer shopping experience through product presentation and overall store maintenance
  • Actively participate in all merchandising activities including but not limited to: daily stock maintenance, replenishment ,product transfers, folding and floor changeovers in line RL standards
  • Communicate product and customer feedback to managers and head office
  • Deliver team meetings and trainings that inform, motivate and inspire the teams
  • Give direction and guidance to the team in the absence of a manager and or when requested to do so
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a service industry
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Be action orientated and solution driven to achieve results
  • A desire to build relationships and promote team work
  • To be ambitious to achieve management status
