The home has an amazing structure with 10 bedded units split between a nurse, a unit manager and supported by a team of HCA's.

Position:
Registered Nurse - with a £3,000 welcome bonus

Full time and part time hours available

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse.

You will lead by example, delivering hands-on nursing care You will have a person centred ethos and be committed to enriching the lives of the individuals in your care.

Being at the forefront of clinical care delivery you will be responsible for;

Providing the highest level of care
Administer medication according to well structured care plans
Building strong and lasting relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues
Providing strong leadership to develop
Improve the standard of daily living
Be empowered to really make a difference
