Job Title - HR Project Administrator - 6 Month FTC
Location - Stamford Bridge
Hours - Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a Project Administrator to assist the team with the implementation and migration of the new HR system.
Duties include:
- To assist in data cleansing on both old and new system in preparation for launch and onwards.
- To create workflows/process maps for new processes in each aspect of HR as well as ESS & MSS.
- To produce user guides for employees and managers on each aspect of the system.
- Assist with training colleagues on how to use system.
- Answering queries from inbox from users.
- Providing assistance with daytoday use of the system.
- Supporting the HR Operations Manager with any other adhoc tasks as and when required.
- Creation of successful process maps/workflows
- Successful completion of data cleansing on both systems
- Stakeholders are trained and confident in the use of the new system.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:
- Previous experience in the use of HR systems
- Strong documentation skills and ability to develop workflows
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio
- Team Player
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and responsive, with ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in being able to present and train various stakeholders across the Club
- Proactive approach to work and able to work on own initiative

- Has dealt with HR processes
