You will be expected to assist Property Services Group in the management of capital projects and ensure they are delivered in line with the Council's Corporate priorities.

These projects are a key priority for Property Services Group, and it is therefore essential that the post holder has recent experience of successful project support of similar projects.

Working within our high quality, supportive Property Services Group (PSG), you will be working as part of a multi-disciplined, forward thinking, commercially aware team of building, mechanical and electrical surveyors, architectural designers, quantity surveyors and other professional staff.
