Our well-established business is growing and we are looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join our teamThe Role
- Support the process of bringing new properties to the market
- Update marketing material by taking photographs and filming video tours
- Liaise with external parties to ensure necessary legal documentation is completed
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and the Property Management Department
- Ensure that all databases are maintained and regularly updated
- Arrange viewings
- Ensure feedback is clearly detailed on the database system
- Ensure a high level of communication with the Property Management Department
- Undertake lettings viewings and other appointments to support the team during busy periods
Requirements:
- Be able to work Saturdays
- You have previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- You have a keen eye for attention to detail
- You are highly organised and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
