The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.


What You'll Do:
Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract role.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • To provide the Head of Golf Content (HGC) and Head of Production (HOP) with pro-active support to help manage demanding diaries, ensuring that appointments and events are scheduled effectively.
  • Provide general administrative support for creating and collating proposals, presentations and pitch documents (inc. proof reading, research and ordering necessary materials), as well as drafting correspondence such as meeting agendas and minutes.-
  • Assist with the creation, publication and distribution of departmental documentation.
  • Assisting with the scheduling of departmental training sessions, activities, and socials
  • Helping to manage HGC and HOP Outlook mailboxes when needed.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements for HGC and HOP, including processing invoices/expenses where necessary
  • Be a key point of contact for any general enquires from both internal and external clients and suppliers, ensuring that queries are addressed and resolved effectively.
  • Responsible for booking meeting rooms with appropriate IT resource, and arranging catering for various meetings, and ensuring guests are welcomed smoothly.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.-
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to liaise with important external stakeholders.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Administrative experience, ideally including diary management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion.
  • Proactive and willingness to take initiative
  • must be able to think ahead, and plan in advance of deadlines/requirements.
  • Passion for golf or sport in general would be an advantage but not essential, as would an interest in the TV production industry, although no prior sport or production knowledge is required.
