In-House Tax Transformation Manager, Financial Services

City of London with hybrid/remote working

£80,000 - £90,000 + bonuses & benefits


This position is purposed to play a key role in enabling the transformation of tax toward achieving compliance with new requirements and improving tax operating model efficiencies.

This makes a wonderful and unusual in-house opportunity for the ambitiousTax Manager, who we anticipate as most likely coming from a Big 4 tax transformation team.


  • ACA/CTA qualified essential
  • Must be experienced in operating at Tax Manager level
  • Experience within the financial services preferred alternatively must have experience working with complex, multinational and highly regulated business(es)
  • Processimprovement driven and a proven project manager
  • Technologically proficient (experience with Alteryx, PowerBI helpful)
  • Tax accounting experience is helpful, however open to a direct or indirect tax technical background
