Gap personnel are recruiting for a Senior Account Manager for our established Leeds Branch, the role will include further career development opportunities to management level.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 08:00am-17:00pm;
Salary £29,000-£36,000 Depending on experience + Commission + Benefits

Duties Include;

Managing an existing client desk & requirements
Managing recruitment/resourcing activity to ensure client roles are managed
Seeking & penetrating new business opportunities through calls and other activity
Working to financial & nonfinancial targets
Attending/Arranging client service meetings
Ensuring we operate within compliance processes
Working as a team player within the branch
Have previous experience within a similar recruitment sector role
Be able to demonstrate a track record of retaining & growing client accounts
Experience of managing new business activity, lead generation, calls and meetings
Have a full driving licence & car
