Our market leading client are urgently seeking to secure the services of Data Analyst / Finance Analyst to join them on an interim basis for 3 months - offering working from home flexibility.

As the Data Analyst / Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Finance team with an operations/maintenance focus.


Key responsibilities but not limited to as the Data Analyst / Finance Analyst:

  • In the first instance, you will solely focus on maintenance, specifically engineering maintenance spend
  • You will initially be instrumental in supporting the ongoing development of the business' ERP Tool (IFS) to improve data reliability around Maintenance spend
  • Develop dashboards either in IFS or BI tool to demonstrate key trends in the spend
  • Assist in profiling, manipulating, analysing and presenting those trends, both financial and nonfinancial. Assessing reliability and down time to help better understand the true cost of disruption.
  • Liaising and partnering with relevant teams within Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing and IT & Data teams to assemble, validate and analyse the data before it is presented

Skills and experience required as the Data Analyst / Finance Analyst:

  • Ability to create implement and create new processes
  • Experience of analysing large data sets with data analysis tools
  • Highly driven and motivated, a quick learner
  • Keen to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into things
  • Working knowledge of Finance
  • Experience working within an Operations/Manufacturing background
