Description

The role of the Lead Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) in North Bristol Trust Emergency Department will be to take strategic leadership responsibility for ensuring the delivery of person-centred, safe and effective patient care by ACPs.

They will provide direction and guidance on clinical practice and development for Credentialed ACPs and Trainee ACPs (tACPs) by establishing effective clinical supervision, educational supervision, managerial support, and associated governance arrangements.

They will be responsible for developing new policies and implement best practice so that our highly skilled ACP workforce continues to develop and work effectively to meet the needs of the patients in North Bristol Trust's Emergency Department.
