Description
Sure Start Staff are seeking an experienced
Administrator (part-time) to work for the local authority in Bolton.


Employment Type:
Temporary reviewed after 2 months.


Pay rate:
£12.25 per hour


Hours:18.50 hrs per week

Monday and Tuesday - 8.36am - 5pm, Wednesday 8.36am noon


Location:
Farnworth Town Hall, Bolton


Duties (but not limited to)
Office cover - answering and diverting calls.
Passing on client information to duty officer.
Inputting referrals onto database/liquid logic.
Typing letters, using Microsoft Office, typing, photocopying, filing, archiving etc.
Plus any other administration tasks required


Skills:


  • Proven written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant systems, and software packages.
  • General administration and IT skills.
  • The ability to use your initiative.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Local authority experience desirable.
Sure Start Staff act as an Employment Agency for permanent roles and an Employment Business for temporary opportunities.
