Regional HR BP - 12 Month FTC - Salary £40,000 - £43,000 + Unrivalled Benefits
We are searching for someone that is looking to join a successful international company based in
Epsom and play an extremely important support role for the business which is within their
People & Cultureregional team.
Maybe you have been working within another similar position incorporating high quality and professional HR support services to entities across UK & Europe, if so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to put both elements together and work for aworld leading company.
The Role:
- Build and maintain good working relationships with all EAR People & Culture customers, including the company's internal departments.
- Support the implementation of EAR People & Culture Strategy
- Support entities with senior management recruitment including participation in interviews, providing guidance where necessary
- Lead and manage full recruitment cycle for CEO and director roles for EAR
- As part of the Regional Project Team, support new entity development by setting up new locations including contracts of employment, benefit structures, recruitment etc
- Lead on various EAR People & Culture projects and initiatives, e.g. DE&I, EAR benefits benchmarking, LinkedIn recruitment, policies review, mental health awareness, etc.
- Work with Country Managers to support locations and address challenges where necessary
- Advisory support to CEO's and local HR when required, for example, introduction or change to benefit structure, development of location, headcount increases, employee issues disciplinaries/grievances, promotions etc
- Advise and coordinate governance in line with EAR roles and responsibilities matrix
- Coordination of processes for salary and bonus reviews, benefit changes etc ensuring all information is accurate and relevant files and databases updated
- Support the rollout of Global and European initiatives
- Leading on ad hoc HR projects as delegated by the HR Manager
