A leading international law firm, specializing in energy, transport and infrastructure, with more than 580 lawyers and 18 offices in all financial centers.

With plans on rapid expansion and evident year-on-year growth, they're looking to enlarge their core employment practice.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a highly ranked practice and team, advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including but not limited to:


  • UK business immigration (skilled worker visas and naturalization)Employment disputes and tribunal claims
Corporate acquisitions and cross-border transactions

Day to day employment advice (agreements, disputes, policies and procedures)

TUPE-related advice, including outsourcing agreements.

For you to be considered, you should fulfill the below requirements:

  • UK qualified lawyer in England & Wales2-6 years of post-qualification experience from a reputable City or International firm
Technical skills in corporate transactions and HR Advisory background

Strong academics

Record on business development initiatives
