About the Company:

Better Placed are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing beauty businesses in the NorthWest who are on the lookout for a Senior Paid Social Executive to join their team.

This company have a huge brand presence, collaborating with multiple well know figures and taking the beauty market by a storm Which is where this role comes in

They need someone experienced in curating exciting and creative Paid Social campaigns to dominate the space and generate brand awareness on a international level.

Responsibilities:

Audit the existing paid social accounts and provide recommendations on how we develop and grow revenue from the current platforms.
Develop the paid social media strategy, working closely with the Marketing team on setting KPIs relevant to each paid social channel.
Manage the process of briefing and deploying paid social specific content alongside reporting on the performance and testing of paid social content on a quarterly basis.
Deploy paid social activity on (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, You Tube, Tik Tok & Snapchat.
Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for senior leadership, with clear actionable takeaways & recommendations to drive growth.
Work closely with the wider Marketing team on attribution modelling to help drive insights on optimium channel mix.

What they need from you:

Experience of working across Paid Social accounts, ideally with experience of working across the B2C industry.
A good understanding of key social platforms including; META/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
You are a positive and confident team player will excellent communication skills whilst taking pride in attention to detail.
Keen interest in the beauty industry and uptodate trends in the Beauty Industry
