What's this role all about?

Leading 1:1 Sessions to Support Pupils Thrive in an Inclusive Environment:

As an Inclusion Mentor with Classroom Recruiters, you will take the lead in conducting sessions on a 1:1 basis with children who struggle to cope in a mainstream environment.

These sessions will be meticulously planned and set by class teachers, tailored to address the individual needs and challenges of each student.

Your role will be pivotal in providing personalized support and guidance to help these pupils overcome obstacles and thrive academically and socially.


Crafting a Full and Fun Timetable for Re-engagement:
Your days will be filled with a full and fun timetable carefully crafted to facilitate re-engagement with education.

Through a blend of stimulating activities and tailored interventions, you will help pupils rediscover their enthusiasm for learning and participation.

Whether it's hands-on vocational experiences, interactive learning sessions, or creative projects, every aspect of the timetable will be designed to reignite their passion for education.


Working in Close Collaboration with Local Schools in Derby:

Classroom Recruiters is committed to working closely with local schools in the Derby area to identify and support pupils who require additional assistance.

We are actively seeking individuals who are passionate about helping pupils stay engaged with education and thrive in their learning journey.

You will be base at one site and become part of a passionate team of educators.

£18,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
