Top Job Recruitment is currently looking for Care Assistants to work in an award-winning, family-run residential home on the outskirts of Colchester.

We have both Part Time
- and Full-Time positions available.
-
Shift patterns involved:_ 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm, 8am - 8pm and 8pm - 8am (to provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year)


Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Assist residents with all aspects of personal care.
  • Assist with toileting, bathing and feeding.
  • Help around the home with minor domestic duties such as washing and cleaning.
  • Check up regularly on the residents to ensure their personalized care plan is being followed.
  • Complete paperwork such as filling out care plans when working with residents.
  • Feedback any concerns to the management team.


A successful candite will have previous care experience, a full UK driving license and the ability to be flexible and work shifts including nights when required.


Job Role Benefits-

  • Paid overtime at time and half. Christmas and New Year double time
- £30 petrol allowance per month
