Are you an experienced HR Administrator? Our client is looking for a experienced HR Administrator to join they're established team.
Our client is looking for someone who can bring their experience and knowledge to the already successful team in Bradford.
The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000, based on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy up to 5 days extra for those looking to get the most out of their time off.
The working week is Monday to Friday with flexhours available between 7:30-6:30. Meaning you can achieve a better work life balanceWith the role being a HR Administrator everyday is different meaning if variety is what you're looking for this might just be the role for you.
As part of your new role some of your responsibilities would include:- Keeping the HR systems updated
- Support the HR team with recruitment
- Dealing with on boarding new starters
- Assist with training days and seminars
- Oversee HR events and meetings
- Booking mandatory training
- Keep any employee schemes up to date
- A selfstarter who can balance competing demands.
- CIPD to level 3 or the equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A good understanding of the Microsoft Office package.
- The ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision.
- The want to learn and grow with your career.
