Job IntroductionWe have a vacancy for a MAC & SMW Co-Ordinator to join our talented staff community.
You will have previous experience in CAFM systems as you will be assisting with data analytics, BAU and Project support on the Serraview system.
The role will also play a part in supporting in the co-ordination of a large move project over the next year into a new building.
You will also heavily support SMW in maintaining systems for Projects to ensure they are kept up to date both on the financial side raising POs / quotations as well as ensure project folders are correct & up to date.

Main Responsibilities
- Support on upcoming relocation / Client meetings / Gantt charts / move schedules / storage support
- Allocating of New starters into correct locations on Serraview. (CAFM System).
- Moving of Staff following a relocation project on Serraview
- Running reports for client requests (Sqft reports / locker reports etc)
- Requests on validations of Serraview from the central team
- Move support / coordination on projects for the MAC / SMW Manager
- Monthly validations reminders & assistance for other sites in the clients portfolio.
- Booking in contractors / visitors & inductions
- Meeting contractors / visitors at reception upon arrival when required
- Initiating new projects for MAC & SMW on E-SMW System & maintained up to date.
- Ensuring all capital projects are recorded and that Power Projects is always up to date.
- Carrying out Salus inspections daily
- Creation of new project folders on file structure system
- Ensuring project folders are always up to date with Rams / PO's / invoices etc
- Updating of weekly trackers for commcell, SMW, MAC meeting and PDO
- Attending meetings such as SMW meeting, PDO and project meetings
- Assisting with creation of signage for projects, waste management etc
You will already have held a similar role within a blue-chip HQ environment and have good understanding of the moves process.
- You will also have:
- CAFM Experience
- Experience with Serraview data
- Worked with space management and occupancy management databases.
- Knowledge of site induction & projects processes
- Move / relocation experience
- Good organisation skills
- Good administration & coordinator skills
- Microsoft Word / excel knowledge
Remuneration
The salary is up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits.
