Role starting immediately- Hybrid role based in Poole
About Our Client:
Our client is a reputable, award winning services business along the South Coast with their head office based in Poole.
You will be working closely with the wider finance team, the HR department and the shared services centre to ensure a smooth payroll is completed in a timely manner.
As the Senior Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:- Preparing and collating all payroll data
- Ensuring new starters, leavers and other changes are correct
- Preparing payroll journals
- Dealing with payroll queries
- P11Ds, P45, P60
- Dealing with pensions information leavers, any changes being raised to the shared service centre
The Successful Applicant:
In order to be considered for the Senior Payroll Officer position, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available or on very short notice
- Have strong customer service skills
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Be able to multitask
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
