The Role - A_

Due to sustained growth, we are currently seeking a
Business Support Coordinator, with a varying level of experience towork closely within many aspects of the business.

This would involve dealing with staff, clients, and suppliers to maintain and develop the company assets.

The role
MAY include some of the below aspects:

Use of various computer systems
-
Basic accountancy / bookkeeping
-
QHSE
-
Company purchasing
-
Support of business development
-
Asset and estate management
-
HR tasks
-
Maintenance of registers
-
Online marketing
-
Research tasks
-
Assisting project managers
-
Development of company processes.

Typical Responsibilities MAY include some of the below aspects:

  • Quarterly review and improvement of supplier services and costs via KPIs.
  • Maintaining supplier accounts and the supplier database.
  • Promoting company's online presence via online platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook.
  • Progress reporting to Management (daily or as appropriate depending on the requirement).
  • Conducting a wide range of detailed research tasks.
  • Maintenance and development of the company asset register.
  • General PA duties to senior management and project managers.
  • Asset and Estate Management
  • Conducting indepth research tasks to present to Senior Management.
  • Ensure that the company is compliant in all areas of QHSE.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills:


  • 9 GCSE's A-C
  • Flexible, Adaptable and thrive in a fast passed working environment.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • A meticulous nature, organised, and acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact positively with both senior and junior staff.
  • Dedicated, committed and positive attitude.
  • Full, Clean driving licence is required.
  • A methodical and logical approach to tasks.
  • The ability to take ownership of your own work, progression, and development.
  • The determination to make a positive impact, suggest new methods of working and drive the department forward.
  • Skills and qualifications to support to the role would be beneficial but not essential.
