We're looking for a Information Controller to join our team working on HMP GlasgowLocation:
HMP Glasgow/ Stepps/ Home (Flexible)
Contract:
Permanent, Full time, Monday to Friday.
The Information Coordinator will manage the project common data environment (CDE) and provide ongoing training and support to project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
As a Information Controller, you'll be working within the regional business, aligned with the project team to support throughout the full project Lifecyle from pre construction phase onward.
Your day to day will include:
- Manage the CDE for the lifecycle of the project and in line with Kier procedures and standards
- Manage and host training sessions for new users of the project CDE, either with groups or on an individual basis, as required
- Act as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors
- Ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team, in line with Kier protocols and ISO 19650
- Fully understand the project protocols, effectively communicate, and educate all stakeholders, ensuring they are strictly adhered to
Who are we looking for?
This role of Information Controller is great for you if:
- Diverse and clear communication skills with experience of effective communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, sub-contractors, and the wider supply chain
- Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources, preferably within a tier one environment
- Competent experience with EDMS, Asite preferred
- Competent with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- Critical and proactive thinker
