VERY SUCCESSFUL SPECIALIST FOOD RETAILER SEEKS AREA MANAGER IN SOUTH EAST ENGLAND DUE TO CONTINUED GROWTH

My Client is a very successful specialist food retailer with a unique offering which they are beginning to roll-out across the UK.

As a result they are now looking for an Area Manager for the South East.

With business growing steadily ,they have already increased their retail estate this year and have plans for further growth next year.

The successful applicant will be looking after around 5 stores.

They will be given a lot of autonomy to implement plans for growth, so an entrepreneurial streak would be advantageous.

They will already have multi-site experience, with a successful track record in getting the best out of small teams.
They will need to have worked in a very fast-paced retail environment, preferably with some food offering.
They will understand how to analyse and use KPIs.

Training and motivating the team is obviously very important - this is a retailer who believes strongly in teamwork, so you need everyone to be enjoying what they do as well as being commercially successful.
