Key Responsibilities

  • Be the central connection point for the Workplace Experience Hosting team based around the sites being served
  • As a key part of our datadriven business model, the Workplace Experience Coordinator has the responsibility and ownership of managing and tracking tasks via ISS or client systems to ensure that there is a clear reportable output of work being complete by the Workplace Experience Hosting team
  • In this role the Coordinator acts as the communications hub for queries being received from Colleagues or perhaps from other departmental personnel working in the building
  • As a key point of contact, the Coordinator needs to have a positive demeanour, making interactions with Colleagues and ISS Placemakers alike an enjoyable experience
  • Always willing to go the extra mile, with a positive 'can do' attitude, you will be a wellorganised individual with a keen eye for detail
  • Successful applicants will have a confident and sociable personality to develop strong rapport with colleagues and guests and make recommendations based on previous experience and feedback

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Minimum 35 years customer services experience in dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients
  • High School or College Degree
  • Proven track record of providing stellar customer service
  • Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment
  • Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication
