Office based with two days home working
IQVIA are delighted to be supporting one of our clients to recruit a Key Account Executive.
Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Executive who will be responsible for the growth of national pharmacy accounts in the UK, online pharmacy, and online retail accounts.
If you are experienced in Pharmacy Key Account Management or have a buying background this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to advance your career.
- Online and instore Key Accounts, or retail buying experience
- Demonstrable outcomes and influence
- Customer management
- Industry knowledge of Pharmacy and/or dermatology sales
Primary objectives
As a Key Account Executive, you will;
- Develop a complete understanding of customer needs, anticipating key account changes and improvements through analyzing customer data and strategic planning to improve customer results.
- Track and keep accurate record of relevant promotion spend, ROI and sales versus target each month and demonstrate an accurate awareness of what is required to ensure targets are hit.
- Work with customers to resolve issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, meeting customer needs.
- Recognise and optimise the opportunities to upsell to customers
- Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager and the marketing team to ensure all promotions and support materials are optimised and correct, and the most uptodate information is displayed on all websites.
Ideal skills
- Bachelor degree in Business preferable
- Basic Margin calculations
- Basic ROI calculations
- Ability to think creatively and solve novel problems
- Excellent presentation and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive relationships and manage stakeholders appropriately
