About the role

.
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team at Garngoch Bodyshop.


.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer care and build a genuine report with customers and recognise their wants and needs.

You will communicate with the workshop and answer calls and queries from customers.


.

About you

.


Ideally, you will have experience of working within a customer facing environment with at least a basic knowledge of the automotive industry, be computer literate and able to work on one's own initiative as well as being able to work well within a team.


.


To be successful in this role you will be extremely organised, have high attention to detail and be a great team player.


.


A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
