Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Client Interaction and HMRC Interaction: Serve as a liaison between clients and HMRC, ensuring timely and accurate communication and document submission.
- Business Operations: Assist in various business operations tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
- Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with general inquiries.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain client documents, records, and taxrelated files.

- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as data entry, preparing documents, and assisting with office tasks as needed.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal team members.
Skills / experience / attitude
- Previous experience in a clientfacing or customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and inquiries.

- Willingness to learn and develop a basic understanding of tax codes.
- Interest in pursuing a career in accounting.
