Description

As an Online Assistant your role could be on the shop floor, picking our customers' orders and taking real care in selecting the best quality produce, as if you were shopping for yourself.

Putting each order together, you'll give customers exactly what they'veasked for.

And if we've sold out of anything, you'll choose replacement that's the closest match to ensure our customers are never disappointed.


Shifts patterns:
(Monday - Sunday)

  • Shift times: 3am - 8am
  • Pay Rate:
£12.70

  • Skills:
Great customer service, Basic understanding to operate new
technology, comfortable lifting up to 15kg

  • Qualifications:
No need for specific qualifications for this role - you
just need to bring your best attitude to work

  • Main duties:
  • Picking products on the shop floor for customer orders with
care

  • Comfortable with various tech systems to make sure all online
orders arrive on time and in great condition

  • Speaking to customers over the phone
  • Putting orders through the tills
  • Working alongside our Online Driver to load their vans so
they're ready to deliver to our customers

  • Uniform:
Black t-shirt, dark colour trousers and sensible, enclosed
