Mobile Handyperson - Permanent Role - working between Taunton and Exeter
- £14.20ph - wages will be paid weekly - there is also holiday pay and pension

Company Van and fuel card is provided van can be taken home every evening
Tools, equipment and uniform will be provided for you

PERMANENT ROLE
Working in the areas between Exeter and Taunton

Job Purpose:

Planned and reactive maintenance and repair work in commercial buildings located between Taunton and Exeter - this will include repairing doors and windows, changing taps, basic plumbing, changing locks, very basic electrical, and other general straightforward commercial maintenance work.

All applicants must have the following:

A full UK driving licence -
ESSENTIAL:
Very good time served experience in planned and reactive building maintenance work
Prior experience as a handyperson, caretaker, repair person or maintenance person
Willingness to work in a mobile role between Taunton and Exeter.

£14.20 ph plus van, fuel card, uniform, tools and equipment Permanent full time job
