Customer Service Advisor - Repairs

Housing Maintenance and Asset Management

NS6 £22,777 - £24,054 per annum (pay award pending)

37 hours per week

Permanent


Following an internal promotion, we are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Works Planning team.

In this role, you will be required to provide a high quality, customer-orientated, advice and information service, on the phone and online, specifically in relation to housing repairs and asset works.
