We are looking for the type of person who enjoys passing on knowledge by working alongside existing crews to upskill their current capability.
Experience in a similar role will be more important than qualifications. We are looking for someone with excellent communications skills. Someone who is approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Site visits_
- Carry out quality audits
- Carry out site investigations, liaising directly with clients on any quality issues
- Identify remedial actions and upskilling site teams
- Reject any substandard work and instruct rework as required

- Update and produce documents, ensuring full compliance
- Keep abreast of current innovations and best practice by reviewing and contributing to the Stonbury Encyclopaedia
- Monitor innovations from internal and external sources and assisting in the implementation of appropriate innovations across the company
- Monitor Reg. 31 listings and liaise manufacturers regarding new products
- Share best practice through various media, including the company portal forums
- Ensure all site personnel are competent and measured against the matrix
- Produce a monthly report for submission to the Contracts Director
- Liaise with SHWEQ & People and Culture teams on requirements and training / coaching delivered
- Liaise with SHWEQ & People and Culture regarding ISO requirements, compliance, best practice and record keeping
- Liaise directly with People and Culture regarding any capability performance reviews or disciplinary investigations
- Liaise with Regiona; Directors and project management to agree site visits, meetings and training interventions
- Work closely with senior management teams to identify and ensure best practice at all times
- Conduct PDRs and monitor team performance
- Oversee recruitment and team development
