TOTAL OF 13 HOURS PER WEEK, TO BE SHARED BETWEEN TWO PERSONAL ASSISTANTS
, AS 6 AND A HALF HOURS PER WEEK EACH

  • RATE OF PAY
    : £10.90 per hour.
  • Based in the
    Lymm area of Warrington, Cheshire.

A car owner/driver is essential for this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


TWO PERSONAL ASSISTANTS ARE REQUIRED to support a disabled lady to live independently in her own home.





HOURS:

TOTAL OF 13 HOURS PER WEEK, TO BE SHARED BETWEEN TWO PERSONAL ASSISTANTS,
AS 6 AND A HALF HOURS PER WEEK EACH.



HOURS TO BE WORKED:


PA 1:
Tuesday and Thursday (mornings 9:30am pm)

PA 2:
Monday and Friday (afternoons 2.00pm - 5.00pm)

The employer can be flexible with these hours, and more hours can be worked if necessary

A car owner/driver is essential for this role.

As this role requires the successful applicant to use their own vehicle, they would need to arrange business cover with their insurance provider.


MAIN DUTIES:


  • Assistance with personal care/bathing as needed
  • Assistance with basic meal preparation, shopping (food and general items)
  • General housekeeping (housework, laundry, occasional ironing, weekly bed changing)
  • Occasional assistance to events and outings
  • Assistance with paperwork, general organising and posting mail
  • Collecting prescriptions from chemist (usually once per month)
  • Transporting to and from clinic/hospital appointments as needed
Successful applicants are required to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Part-time hours: 6.5 per week


Salary:
£10.90 per hour
