Receptionist/Administrator


Permanent role

Based in the Office in Digbeth - Birmingham. Free Parking

Job Purpose:
Working for this owner managed training provider, training is given for this industry


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Answering telephone calls, screen and direct calls, taking messages
  • Greet visitors entering the building
  • Booking in training courses with delegates
  • Postal duties
  • Organise meetings
  • Keeping database records for all students attending classes

Requirements for the role

  • Must have admin experience and used Microsoft office
  • Must have office experience and used to handling incoming phone calls

Salary and Benefits:


  • To £19,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.30pm with 30 mins lunch
  • 20 Days Holiday + Stats
  • Free Parking

Salary:
Up to £19,000.00 per year
