Responsibilities of the Credit Hire Trainer:

  • Deliver appropriate training to new starters in the credit hire team.
  • Provide training to existing members of the team on new processes and strategies.
  • Provide ongoing refresher training to current members of the credit hire team.
  • Identifying training needs within the team, and support improvement plans to address gaps in knowledge.
  • Development and implementation of credit hire training programmes.
  • Work alongside the credit hire auditor to support the delivery of feedback through 121 coaching.

Requirements of the Credit Hire Trainer:

  • A seasoned credit hire specialist with upwards of 5 years' credit hire experience.
  • Ideally someone who is confident in providing training sessions to new starters, refresher training to current staff members and 121 coaching with individuals.
