IT Support TechnicianRhondda, Nr Cardiff
£25-£30K + benefits (annual bonus, pension, 25 days holiday + bank hols)
CPS are working with a medical equipment provisioner who are seeking an ambitious individual to join their fast-growing global company, who are expanding their in-house IT support teams.
Reporting to the IT Network Lead, you will be providing 1st line assistance for computer hardware and software for 250 + UK users.
Logging issues, escalating to the appropriate 2nd or 3rd line support teams and external providers, and supporting staff memberswith troubleshooting, including training on equipment and software.
Assisting with the expansion and maintenance of the physical global and cloud network infrastructure including switches, cabling, Virtual Servers, and wireless network equipment.
Skills/experience:
- Level 3 Or Higher Qualifications in IT/Computing
- Windows 711 and Office 365 troubleshooting
- Active Directory/Azure Understanding
- Hardware/software support
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High responsiveness and ability to meet time constraints
