We have a vacancy for a Commercial Negotiator in our Commercial Department at Coventry.
If you think this might be the role for you, you will be expected to undertake the following duties:
Answering telephone calls and visitors to the office
Registering applicants (potential tenants and purchasers) and identifying their requirements, keeping current list of requirements up-to-date.
Matching applicants' requirements to available stock
Booking viewings, arranging viewing diary, confirming viewings and liaising with applicants/ potential purchasers post-viewing.
Communicating viewing feedback to clients.
Acting as a point of contact within the office for clients, applicants and potential purchasers
Negotiating sales and leasing deals on client's behalf - with surveyor/agent support.
Liaise with clients, purchasers and solicitors and monitor all transaction through to a satisfactory completion
Updating software and running reports
Arranging surveyors' appointments
Conducting property research
Undertaking credit checks and referencing
Managing databases
General department administration
Key qualities
Attention to detail
Confident telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft office
Ability to take initiative
Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
