Job description:


Main purpose of the role


The Estimator will set, agree, review, and deliver targets, along with producing accurate and timely reports for the business in line with company-wide processes.

They will identify, escalate, and proactively manage all commercial issues, protecting the companies legal and contractual obligations.


HS&S Responsibilities

Skills, knowledge & experience:

passionate about the housebuilding industry and have previous experience in a similar role.

They will be
collaborative and confident building relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

They will be
creative and bring an enthusiastic, flexible and agile approach to their work.

Education & qualifications:


Essential:

Relevant industry requirements, RICS, Surveying Degree or HND
