Job Purpose
Customer Services advisers are focused on providing a first
- class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Working in partnership with our customers to resolve queries, complications or issues that may arise.
- Working with our sales team to provide quote information.
- Working as part of a wider team with production, procurement and warehouse to exceed customer expectation.
- Input orders into the SAP computer system.
Essentials:
- Competency in use of computer / Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Proven track record of working in CS dept.
- Modern foreign language French.
