Description

Are you interested in developing your career and contributing to the revolutionary changes taking place in the NHS and Childrens Services? Then, be part in the launch of the Key Worker Service for children and young people (CYP) with autism (ASC) and/or learning disabilities (LD).

This is an opportunity to join our dynamic and friendly team, where you will provide the business support function to the Key Worker Programme.

You will provide full and comprehensive administrative support covering all aspects of administrative, organisational and operational initiatives.

The key working model designed by South-West London ICB is a new service offer that will provide additional capacity to existing provision through an integrated, person-centred approach whereby a team of Key Workers will operate outside of the normal constraints of individual services (such as eligibility criteria) to provide an intensive and unifying wrap-around support package for families of CYP at risk of admission or placement breakdown.

Interview Date: 5th April 2023
