An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the health visiting team in Swansea.

The post holder will be a registered Nurse and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse health Visitor that will offer through a family centred resilience assessment approach, support and advice in a range of settings including persons own home, clinics and groups.

The health visitor will be part of a dynamic team from various sectors including health, medical, local authority and the volunteer sector to provide advice, support to children and their significant others in an often-vulnerable time in the early years of childhood.

The health visiting team is an innovative team that seeks to promote evidence
- based research and practice in order to view the family holistically and promote children and their significant others to reach their full potential. Health Visitors are highly trained, and a full preceptorship and educational package will be awarded and supported.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
