The role will combine customer support with administrative tasks and will be a great opportunity for someone to develop their career.


Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries
  • Inputting data into various systems
  • Tracking customer information and payments
  • Adhoc administrative tasks directed by Manager
  • Ideally experience within a customer service setting, preferably within utilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Both a proactive and wellorganised attitude
  • Personable and engaging personality
  • Preferable to be degreelevel educated
