The role will combine customer support with administrative tasks and will be a great opportunity for someone to develop their career.
Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries
- Inputting data into various systems
- Tracking customer information and payments
- Adhoc administrative tasks directed by Manager
- Ideally experience within a customer service setting, preferably within utilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Both a proactive and wellorganised attitude
- Personable and engaging personality
- Preferable to be degreelevel educated
