Role Summary/Purpose:


The facilities administrator supports the team through excellent communication to the wider business, performing core business operations and always ensuring regulatory compliance on site.

The role supports the team from within the office environment but is also expected to work dynamically across site dependent on priorities.

The administrator will support the various trades people to maximise their efficiency and impact across site.


Essential Responsibilities:


Key Activities:

  • Managing the Maximo CMMS asset management system through data validation and data collection
  • Workorder allocation to team members
  • Providing a communication avenue between the team and the wider business
  • Coordinating onsite resources such as workwear and telecoms providers
  • Raising access passes for various contractors
  • Procuring goods through compliant suppliers
  • Record minutes from various meetings
  • Support management team
  • Manage records to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Accompany adhoc contractors to various worksites.

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Safety conscious
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent IT competency
  • Ability to work effectively from multiple locations across site.
