Flexible working 1-2 days in Manchester office

Salary:
Up to £60k + Perks

Having received various awards over the years, including a 4.9 out of 5 Google rating, platinum trusted service award, and Corporate LiveWire award (which is just scratching the surface), they're now looking for a skilled developer to lead developing softwarefor huge projects across the business

What skills do you need?

Confident communicator that can adeptly explain issues/bugs
Comfortable working in a crossfunctional team
Experienced balancing budgets with quality
Fully aware of the wider tech industry and able to bring best practices and new tech/tooling to the business

Key responsibilities:

Keep a full view of the brand's engineering output and work to improve/optimise
Improve software quality for features built (TDD, Pairing, Peer Review, Static Analysis)
Collaborate with product owners and dev lead on estimates and ensure development lifecycle fidelity is kept smooth
Work alongside QA's on the reduction of bugs/defects
Work across the entire lifecycle of products
Remain engaged in your own personal growth and attend industry events that ensure your name is at the forefront of dev talks

With multiple existing and greenfield projects in the pipeline that you'll play a HUGE role in helping evolve, this is a great job opportunity for a collaborative Dev looking to engage with iterative development and validated learning inside a fun work environment.
